There is an area for seminars/large meetings for up to 50 people with a projector and screen. There are many lounge areas and Bryant Park seating along the one hundred foot window line and the windows can open for fresh air. There is a full kitchenette with a sink, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There are lockers for storage and private bathrooms for the space. It has its own independently controlled heating and air conditioning system. White noise machines in the ceiling to mitigate sound issues. The conference room and the rear lounge have a NYC skyline view. The building we are in has a large parking facility that has visitor parking, daily parking and monthly parking available. The building also has a free bike rack. There is an on site cafe that sells breakfast and lunch. The building also has an 8,000 square foot day care center. We are located two blocks from the 2nd street light rail stop in Hoboken. We are centrally located and accessible from Rte 3, 17, 80, 78, 280, 95, 1, 9 and the NJ TPKE.
