That is why your office is ready at the turn of a key, tastefully furnished, complemented by state-of-the-art business equipment and a support staff with a reputation for providing consistently courteous service. An array of services, from phone answering and voicemail to word processing and conference room use, is included with your office. An advanced telephone system, postage machine, and photocopiers are among the many essential business tools that are already in place for your use. Each office comes fully furnished and includes a voicemail box. Also included is a receptionist to answer the telephone with your company name from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, in addition to 200 photocopies, 12 hours of conference room time and 2 hours of secretarial service per office per month. The conference room time may be used at any of our four (4) locations. Sorting of incoming and outgoing mail as well as access to UPS, FedEx and DHL services is also available.
