Our Executive Office Center is the largest and oldest executive suite in Maine. Started in 1975 it is located in the Time and Temperature Building in the center of the Portland's business district. The offices, which were renovated in 2005, occupy the 5th and 6th floor with spectacular views of Portland Harbor, Mt. Washington, Monument Square or Back Cove. The building has a 5 story parking garage attached and houses a bank, deli, and hair salon. Offices are fully furnished with utilities, daily cleaning, telephone answering and reception services included. The center has 3 conference rooms and 2 kitchens with complimentary beverage service included. Because we believe that our staff and services are so helpful in providing you with a professional corporate image for your clients and vendors, we strongly urge prospects to speak to any of our current or former clients to discuss how we are helping them in promoting their business. Virtual office services are available for mail only or including telephone answering. Most contracts are for 2 months with automatic renewals, but other terms are available. We provide hourly and daily conference room rentals for depositions and interviews. While the center has a large number of extended term tenants including IBM, Cushman-Wakefield,Campbell Trial Lawyers, and Johnson Controls, we are the only location in the area that can house companies in multiple offices while they are looking for long term permanent space.
