Special for tenants that need a professional presence without the pressure of busy office buildings and paid parking garages. Our office building is a three-floor building, originally a nun's convent. It has been renovated and has comfortable single offices. There is definitely a friendly atmosphere in the building, and tenants never close their doors - even at night. The building is locked at all times - if you have a key, you have 24/7 access. There is a conference room that holds 25, a nice fully-equipped kitchen and an outside deck where we hold BBQs in the summer. We have a large copier that is available to all tenants. Parking is free. This is a building where you will have lots of space to move around. It's not a hallway of closed doors where you only leave your office to go to the restroom and back. This is also a place where professionals can ask for one another's advice and help. Priceless!
