Rent covers all, offices comes furnished with a desk, chairs, and cabinets. Tenants are provided with all utilities in the rent, with access to a conference room, and 24-hour access to the suite. This includes Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, and electricity. Prices run from $650 up to $800 per month, the minimum lease term is 6 months. The spaces are well kept and are cleaned regularly by hired services. Main Street Plaza has a variety of restaurants, shops, and business services available. Currently, our tenants consist of a few IT companies, an accounting firm, and a financial corporation.
